Our transparent processes and verified listings ensure a secure and trustworthy experience, especially with growing concerns around the legitimacy of Land ownership in cities like Lagos, here are few steps that we take to ensure safety and security.Ensuring the legitimacy and protection of Land-Pool customers (especially in Lagos State) is our top priority. We employ a multi-faceted approach to safeguarding our customers:


Verified Listings
: All land portions listed on Land-Pool undergo thorough verification processes. We ensure that the listings come with legitimate title documents, providing customers with confidence in their ownership.
i. We verify titles of all listings to guarantee trust and assurance for home owners, we also encourage buyers to do their due diligence for any recommendations they receive
ii. We ensure that only lands with CLEAN and CONFIRMED titles are listed. This may result in slight cost difference, but the confidence and peace of mind is worth so much more.
iii. We control development on EVERY Petithaus sites and monitor use even after moving in to ensure land-use compliance.


Technical Professional Expertise
: Our team includes design, construction and planning experts well-versed in planning regulations and local law. We do not only ensure best practices, but also meticulously review and validate the legal standing of entire plots and individual land portion and development, offering an additional layer of assurance. We also ensure physical planning approval and building permit before starting any development. (this helps us catch any loop hole from land transactions).


Transparent Processes
: We maintain transparency in all transactions. Customers have access to comprehensive information about each land portion, including legal documentation, allowing them to make informed decisions. We provide buyers with original copies of title documents, registered surveys, layouts. Basically, we do NOT recommend lands without C-of-O, or Governor's Consent, Deed of assignment, Registered survey or Layouts.


Secure Transactions:

We encourage buyers to tell as much people as they can, it is not a secret business and we do not engage in such deals.
