PetitHAUS "Starter Home" is designed to allow owners to move in quickly with the basic essentials built in with the entire building envelope, and the completion of the remaining spaces is done in phases as the owners' financial situation improves. This approach offers flexibility and affordability, enabling you to move into your new homes sooner while having the option to enhance and expand the property over time.
Starter Home I

Phase I
The Petithaus Starter Home 1, conceived as a 30sq.m loft prototype is designed to offer immediate comfort while allowing for future expansion. The loft layout optimizes space with a functional open-plan living and kitchen area. The main floor includes a cozy lounge, a convertible dining area, and a compact kitchen, providing basic but stylish living. The loft space, accessible by a ladder, holds a comfortable sleeping area with smart storage solutions.
As the owner's financial capacity grows, the loft's void transforms into a new floor, seamlessly converting the loft into a 2-bedroom cottage. This sustainable approach minimizes waste, utilizing the existing structure to create additional living space. It reflects an adaptable and eco-friendly model, allowing the homeowner to expand their living quarters without significant construction impact or environmental strain
